Tyson Food Service has extended its BONICI flatbread line and now offers a new gluten-free option in both a flatbread and crust format. The versatile new product can be used as a pizza crust, folded into a sandwich or transformed into a delectable dessert. BONICI Gluten Free Crust and Flatbread features the same artisan appearance and contrasting textures as Tyson’s regular flatbreads because customers shouldn’t have to choose between flavor and dietary needs. This product line is 100 percent gluten free, allergen free and non-GMO project verified. An irregular shape and dark toast marks give the flatbreads an artisan appeal and a “freshly prepared back-of-house look.” The flatbreads are also flexible but sturdy enough to hold up generous fillings and toppings.
